for your convenience, you will receive a booking confirmation after your effected payment.

cancellation policy: in case of cancellation by guest 21 days before agreed arrival day we apply a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount. in case of late arrival or early departure we charged 70% of the amount of the not taken days.
in case you would like to have breakfast on your day of arrival or in case you have booked the option 'appartment only' the price for the breakfast is 15,00euro per person/day.
