welcome to the first climate neutral hotel in south tyrol! sustainability has always been the most important topic in our philosophy of the owner family leimegger. in 2011 a carbon assessment was undertaken to analyse all departments of the hotel about carbon emissions. the excellent result come from the own hydro-electric utility and from the biomass-heating system. additionally, the unavoidable-emissions will be compensated by investing in an environmental project in guatemala. enjoy your holiday in this co2 neutral zone!
